Cool sign, easy process

I got a 'gaming room neon' sign and it looks so good! I just wanted something extra for my setup. It was pretty easy to order on their site. Shipping took about a week and a half, which was fine. The quality is good, it really brightens up the room. I'm happy with it.

Good quality, good service

I decided to get an 'open sign' for my small shop. The design tool on their website was straightforward and I could see exactly what it would look like. I liked that I could choose the size and color easily. It shipped out in about 10 days, then took 5 days to reach Denver. The sign feels very durable and the light is bright and even. I had a quick question about installation, and their support team got back to me within a few hours with a helpful answer. No complaints about the quality or the customer service.

Always great signs

This is my third time ordering from Custom Neon. This time I got a 'business logo neon light' for my new office space. Like before, the process was smooth. The sign arrived well-packed and looks exactly like the proof they sent me. Their consistency is why I keep coming back. Never had an issue with quality or delivery. Happy with this purchase too.

Nice wedding sign

Got a 'wedding neon sign' for our reception. It arrived safely and looked perfect. Easy to set up. Very happy with it.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered a 'custom name neon sign' for my daughter's room. The sign itself is really well-made and the colors are vibrant, just like I hoped. It was pretty easy to design on their website. The only thing was delivery took a little longer than I expected, around two weeks to get to me. Customer service was responsive when I asked for an update, which was good. Overall, I'm pleased with the product but they could improve on shipping times.
